The Machinery We Use

Shredder
The shredding machine processes plastic waste into various sizes of flakes, which can be used to create a wide range of products.

Injection Machine
The injection machine is an accessible and user-friendly machine designed to transform shredded plastic into new products through injection molding. The process of mixing different colored plastics can create unique patterned products, and we can create any mould you can imagine.

Sheet-Press
The Sheet-Press machine turns the flakes into beautiful usable sheets that can resemble any pattern or colour combination you have in mind. It consists of a frame, heating plates, pressing mechanism, and an extraction hood.
In the Maldives we realized early on we needed to make change. We realized the systems currently in place weren’t able to cope with our waste. We realized early on we could be a pioneer for that change. So we created the first Sustainability Lab to be an integral part of the global sustainable solutions movement.
